Startup Magazine was in conversation with the head of the Rehnuma program, Col (R). Akmal Khan discussing how future generations need more than just a traditional education to really thrive in the world.
Originally designed as a pre-training module for shaping minds such that they can join the armed forces – Rehnuma has evolved into an entire personality and social grooming program where any applicant can learn to unlock and maximize their true potential.
The program features a focus on personality development, EQ and other soft and physical skills that help reshape the very fabric of our society, one inductee at a time.
The conversation focused on the history of education and how we are training our youth, to how our academic system works and how future parents need to think.
Listen on and leave your feedback in the comments. Visit Rehnuma.
